WordPress - It's On!

Wordpress is cool and I've tried it a couple of times, but it does take a while to format it properly and it may not export well to another server when it is time to move on. I like the looks, but now that I have uncovered how to run blogspot as a subdomain I am liking blogspot again. Most importantly I like the Dashboard so that I can start posting on a variety of blogs and not have to login constantly to different servers. I am considering setting up a WordPress blog and blogspot blog on each website that I want to advance by posting entries about the subjects and seeing which ones develop the easiest. This is the first such attempt, I linked my non-relevant "Something Big" blog to an underused domain name, "Free-Speech.org" and these are the results. In the past I set up a Message Board / Forum under this domain name, link here: http://free-speech.org/messageboard, but rarely have time to keep track of the posting and I get tired of deleting spam, so it hasn't really developed much. Needless to say, I will keep it up for the purposes of this test. Next I will launch a WordPress site to try and cultivate a lively challenge between these three formats. I suppose I'll just use the phrase wordpress after the domain name to be consistent about uploading the info to that format. Here goes nothing. I'm tempted to let WordPress dominate the entire site and then sublink to the blog and forum, as well as, any store I may set up on the server. Yes, I'll try that for this domain name anyway. I'm all in.

Ok, I've got it. I previously used a folder name "word" for loading in WordPress ot a website. I did this previously and I like the ring of it. Plus I don't use the simple phrase "Word" enough in my day to day language. So word will be the subfolder for loading WordPress on most of my blog challenge websites.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://wherestheblog.free-speech.org/2010/12/blogspot-vs-wordpress-its-on.html' title='Blogspot Vs. Sort of like watching a car wreck with words.

I am working on something big, but it's kinda small, not really big at all to anyone other than me. Today, at work in the store, a woman came in who was all legs. When I was a kid, 12-14, I had drawn a sexy looking woman in hot pants and a tied up shirt with the words, "HOME MADE" above it. Typical Dixie Dukes looking type of girl and it took 30 years, but this girl looked exactly like that poster, yet moderner. Crazy how the styles can be old, but look new at the same time.

Loan Modification Request are a SHAM

That's what it feels like. Nobody explains the requirements, but the only thing you can do is keep submitting the paperwork. I've gotten turned down for a modification request because on paper it looked like I needed the modification too much. What is the right amount of need? What are the percentages of income to expense that will allow the loan company to successfully package a modification? I think it is between 30-50%, but I am not sure. As a self-employed person the amount of paperwork to complete the process was daunting. I am not sure how they read the numbers, but I hope to give it a try again soon, depending on my income level.

Loan Modification Request and Reivew - The process

As a self-employed person the amount of paperwork that is required for me to accomplish any financial approval is extreme.
